As the Principal of Carbrook State School, I am privileged to lead a team of professional and highly committed staff, who work diligently to provide an environment that supports each and every student.
A culture of professional collaboration is valued in our school and facilitated by the Leadership Team. Opportunities are provided for team planning and professional learning. A strong Professional Learning Community model exists and continues to bring innovative practices into our classrooms and the opportunity for our staff to build their capability to deliver quality learning to our students.
A tradition of excellence has been nurtured through our school motto, 'Success with Effort'. We are proud of our achievements, high expectations, and academic performance in a supportive and nurturing educational community. Students are provided with sporting and cultural opportunities in order to develop all aspects of themselves, contributing to making them well rounded individuals. Students are always encouraged to strive for personal bests.
